DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND

WORKMANSHIP. THIS WARRENTY IS

ONLY VALID TO THE ORGINAL

PURCHASER   SPORTBIKELITES LLC.

WILL REPAIR OR EXCHANGE

 THE UNIT

 FROM ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE

  If you elect to return the unit for

replacement, you

must include a check or money order in the

amount of $5.95 for shipping of the new unit. 

This warranty is void if the unit has been

incorrectly installed, damaged, or tampered

with.  This warranty is exclusive and is given

and accepted in lieu of any and all other

warranties, whether expressed or implied. 

This warranty limits’ SPORTBIKELITES LLC. liability to unit repair or

replacement and specifically excludes any damage arising from

use, proper or improper, or failure to properly function.  A copy

of your purchase receipt or other proof of purchase is required

when applying for warranty consideration.  You can mail your

unit with the proof of purchase, check or money order, and

information including your name, address, phone number, and
